Applicants for Engineering Faculty posts must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council. Those interested in applying to the Faculty of Pharmacy should first register with the Pakistan Pharmacy Council.

In all cases, experience certificates must be issued from the HR Department of the Employers. A most recent passport-size photograph should be affixed on the application form. Applicants for the posts of Faculty of Veterinary Sciences must be registered with PVMC as RVMP/RAHG and a valid certificate in this regard be attached with the application
Applicants for the posts of Fine Arts must be registered with PCATP and a valid certificate in this regard be attached with the application. Applicants for the posts of Faculty of Engineering must be registered. with PEC and valid certificate in this regard be attached with the application.
Applicants for the posts of Faculty of Pharmacy must be registered with the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan. Candidates who applied earlier against the posts of Lab. Engineer in Civil Engineering (available at Sr. No. 32) duly advertised vide No.01/2020 shall apply afresh, however, they are not required to submit processing fee but they will attach a copy of their previous Challan/Deposit Fee and Application Number too for reference in this regard.
Candidates already in service of a Government/ Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous Body must apply through proper channel within due date, otherwise, their application will not be entertained. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained, even though posted before the last date.
Incomplete applications (in any manner) shall not be entertained and the candidate (who will submit an incomplete application i.e. without the following requirement as mentioned above) will be considered ineligible for the post.
Foreign Degree / Diploma:
The university shall accept degrees/certificates/diplomas of those foreign universities or Institut°ns only which have been recognized Or attest. by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan and Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC) or any other competent agency/authority as the case may be.
Foreign Degree Holders must provide an equivalent certificate issued by the HEC or IBCC as the case may be along with the application form.
Condition of Masters. (Foreign) mentioned in eligibility criteria means Masters. degree awarded by the Chartered foreign university for which HEC has granted its equivalence with Pakistan’s MS/MPhil or 18 years of education
Equivalent Qualification:
The equivalence of foreign and local academic qualification as laid down by HEC or IBCC or other regulatory authority shall be accepted only. In case the candidate claims that his/her qualifications are equivalent to the prescribed qualification, the candidate will be required to submit an equivalence of his/her qualification issued by the regulatory authority before the closing date.
Application of candidates whose result is not officially announced by the Controller of Examinations of the concerned university on or before the closing date of advertisement. shall not be considered.
Experience (Where so Required / Mandatory):
For the purpose of counting of experience of candidates, the following criteria will be applied:
The experience was required for the determination of eligibility for a post, a candidate shall have to produce documentary evidence in support of his/her claim.
Experience of Government services shall only be accepted if the certificate is issued by the concerned appointing authority/person authorized to do so.
The Experience as Part-Time/Honorary & Apprentice/Internee/Adhoc/Research Assistant/Research Associate/ Visiting Faculty/Daily Wages/Temporary faculty will not be considered/counted as experience.

What is the Last Date of Application Submission?
The last date for submission of the application is 29th April 2022 during office hours.
NOTE:
- HEC has relaxed mandatory Post-PhD experience for posts of Professor and Associate Professor till 31.12.2021. To avail of this relaxation, candidates for posts of Professors and Associate Professors are required to submit applications pertaining to those HEC rules 8 regulations.
- 3% quota will be reserved for disabled persons. If the candidate is disabled he/she will have to submit a certificate from the Provincial Council for rehabilitation of Disabled Persons of the Social Welfare Department
- Eligibility/shortlisting of the candidates (where req.) shalt be made In accordance with the procedure laid down by the University.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview and No TA/DA will be paid.
- The University reserves the right not to fill withdraw any advertised post/ withhold the appointment against any post without assigning any reason.
- The University is not responsible if call letters are not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office/Telephonic Message.
