Established scholars with medical or basic science qualifications (MBBS or equivalent, plus a higher Diploma, such as an FCPS, FRCP, FRCS, or a US Board certification or equivalent, or a Ph.D. Degree in medical science), with at least seven years of administrative experience leading a department unit program, or institution, recognized leadership qualities, a track record In teaching, and a commitment to medical education and research.
The Dean heads the Medical College and is responsible for undergraduate and postgraduate medical teaching and research, and reports to the Board of Governors. He is responsible for all budgetary and financial matters relating to the medical school and its functions. He is required to do IBP when it starts in BKMC (In case he/she is a Practicing clinician)
Masters Degree In Hospital/public Heakh or Health Services Management (MPH, MSc Medical/Healthcare Administration) Business Management or Public Administration, or any equivalent management qualification from a recognized institution is required. Medical Degree In addition to a Masters degree In management would be an advantage. A minimum experience of seven years at management level Positions at hospitals is preferred.
The Hospital Director will have responsibility for all non-clinical functions of the hospital, including finance, budgeting, ancillary services, building maintenance, Human Resources, Procurement, etc. The Hospital Director will report to the Board of Governors BKMC/GKMC MTI.
A postgraduate Medical degree (FCPS, MRCP/FRCS, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute) with a record of excellence in clinical care, and at least five years’ experience In leading a major hospital clinical unit in any clinical discipline.
• Ensuring clinical excellence in all aspects of hospital function.
• Auditing clinical practice.
• Developing new clinical programs, and
• Developing the annual clinical budget.
• The Medical Director will report to Me Board of Governors.
The Medical Director will receive a faculty appointment at the appropriate level. The position permits approx. 20% of the time for scholarly activities/clinical practice in the appropriate specialty. The Medical Director will be required to do IBP when it starts in BKMC.
Applicant should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum 3 years post qualification relevant experience or CMA/ACMA/FCMA with a post-qualification minimum professional experience of seven years or have a Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree in Finance or Accounts with ten years post qualification experience in Finance and/or Accounts in a major Private Or public company/institution. Hospital job will be given preference.
The Finance Director will:
• Supervise all financial accounting matters of the institution,
• Prepare detailed regulations and procedures for institutional financial management,
• Assist the Hospital and medical Directors and the Dean on all financial matters.
• Ensure transparency and fiscal probity, and
• Assist in the development of financial budgets for Medical College and Hospital.
• He will be responsible to the BoG on all the fiscal matters.
SECRETARY TO BOARD OF GOVERNORS
Applicants must have:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three years relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, and Full Command of written and spoken English and Urdu, and spoken Pashto,
• Be proficient computer literate with writing speed, Drafting and data entry, and MS program.

The Secretary will be responsible for all secretarial functions for the Board of Governors
Manager Human Resource
Applicants should have a Master’s Degree In Human Resource or equivalent degree in HR from HEC recognized institution. Six years of experience in Human Resource Management is required. HR Experience reputed healthcare Institution will be preferred. Must be familiar with the tools of human resource management including HRMIS and Microsoft Office.
Manager Internal Audit
Applicant should have CA/ACCA/ACMA qualification with at least 5 years of experience in audit/accounting. Additional qualification of CIA preferred. A good understanding of risk-based auditing is required.
