According to Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, the Punjab government has agreed to grant ownership rights to all Katchi Abadis in the province.
While in charge of a meeting at the CM Office, the CM gave his or her permission. The ideas for granting ownership rights to the Katchi Abadis residents were reviewed at the meeting he presided over.
According to Elahi, the decision to give the Katchi Abadis people ownership rights has been authorized. The Board of Revenue was also asked for its final recommendations by the chief minister regarding the granting of ownership rights.
He instructed that actions be taken immediately to grant ownership rights to the Katchi Abadis within a legal framework and added that all issues should be swiftly handled. He said that Katchi Abadis people with land up to 10 Marlas will be given ownership rights, and a summary would be presented at the cabinet meeting.

All Katchi Abadis in Punjab were to be delivered as soon as possible to the chief minister’s office, the chief minister ordered.

He described the UAE as the second home of Pakistanis and prayed for its growth and prosperity.
The CM expressed his sincere condolences to the grieving family in the condolence letter and lavishly praised Afzal Ahmad’s contributions to the acting world. The late Afzal Ahmad earned a name for himself in Urdu and Punjabi movies and forever changed his acting. He continued, “May Allah Almighty grant the bereaved heirs patience and eternal peace for the soul that has passed on.”
