Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC) is incorporated as a not-for-profit organization under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act 2017) by the Government of Punjab.
PIEDMC is mandated to achieve orderly, planned, and rapid industrialization in the province of Punjab by developing a chain of new industrial estates and up-gradation of existing ones.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates against the following posts:
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER:
The Candidates must meet the criteria mentioned in Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013.
Qualification:
a) Candidate should be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants.
b) Preferably CA Qualified / CMA / CFA / CPA / ACCA / or a relevant qualification from HEC recognized institution with LLB (Corporate Law).
Experience:
Minimum 15 years experience in relevant field. Preference will be given to the candidate having ERP knowledge.
Age:
Minimum 40 years
CHIEF INTERNAL AUDITOR:
The candidates must meet the criteria mentioned in Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013.
Qualification:
a) Member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or
b) Certified internal auditor; or
c) Certified fraud examiner; or
d) Certified internal control auditor; or
e) Personal holding a master’s degree in finance from a university recognized by HEC.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of relevant audit experience.
Age:
Minimum 40 years
COMPANY SECRETARY:
The candidates must meet the criteria mentioned in Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013.
Qualification:
a) Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, or
b) Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries; or
c) Personal holding a master’s degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognized by HEC with at least five years relevant experience.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
Age:
Minimum 40 years
