The government of Punjab and Prime Minister Imran Khan announced a scholarship program about Rehmatul-Lil Alameen Scholarship Program 2021 Latest and Fresh in this new year 2021. The scholarship is 14000 Intermediate Scholarship and 891 Undergraduate Scholarship for male and female students. Chief Minister announced New Scholarship program for Matric and Intermediate passed the examination and appear fresh in intermediate and graduation and under graduation.
Rehmatul-Lil Alameen Scholarship announced by Higher Education Commission HEC. Rehmatul-Lil Alameen Scholarship will award to All Public / Private / Government schools and College students after the celebration of the SSC HSSC result. The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of SSC Result have secured at least 60% marks in SSC examinations.

How to Apply Rehmatul-Lil Alameen Scholarship Program 2021 Latest Intermediate & Undergraduate Apply Online:
Submit Online Application at Rehmatul lil Alameen Scholarship Website https://hedscholarships.punjab.gov.pk/
Scholarships are available to students who have completed SSC at public sector institutions.
To be considered for Merit or Need-based Scholarships at public sector institutions, students must apply online through this Web Portal.
For students who have completed their high school diploma from public sector institutions
There will be an announcement on this Website about the top students from each program of public sector colleges and universities.
A. Scholarships at Intermediate level
a. General eligibility criteria for the applicant
Must possess domicile of Punjab.
Must be a student of Public College in Punjab.
Must have done Matriculation from a public school.
Must have secured at least 60% marks in SSC Annual Examination.
Must have passed matriculation in the years 2019 or 2020.
Must not be availing of any other scholarship.
b. Eligibility Criteria for need-based scholarships:
The income of parents must be less than or equal to Rs. 25,000/- per month.
Parents must not own more than 5 acres of agricultural land or 5 Marla urban property.
c. Eligibility Criteria for merit-based scholarships:
There are a certain number of merit-based scholarships in each district. According to that number, top students with respect to marks obtained in SSC (also enrolled in public colleges) will be awarded these scholarships.
d. Scholarships Distribution:
50% Merit-based, 50% need-based scholarships.
Fair gender distribution.
Students of Science & Humanities groups on the ratio of 60:40 respectively.
Within need-based scholarships, a 10% quota will be reserved for children of government employees (Grade 1 – 4).
e. Verification Mechanisms:
The score of the applicant is verified from the data provided by the BISEs of Punjab.
College Principal will verify that the student is enrolled in his/her college, and not availing of any other scholarship(s).
College Principal will also verify the following credentials of the student:
01. Name of student
03. Father name
04. Father/Guardian CNIC
05. BISE Registration Number
06. Class attendance (minimum 75%)
07. Class test results (satisfactory/not satisfactory)
The Deputy Commissioner will be responsible for ascertaining that the candidate is eligible on a need-basis, based on the information provided via an online dashboard.
Note: The students who have got admission in a public college in a district other than their residential district, their merit will be determined on the basis of the district of domicile.
B. Scholarships at Bachelor’s level
There are 891 distinct programs in the universities of Punjab. Registrars of Universities will provide top candidates in each of their registered programs to HED for the award of Scholarships.
