01-Senior Manager- Enterprise Development
Qualification: Require Master Degree in relevant field (16 years education) from an HEC recognized University/ Institute. Preferably a high-ranked university and candidate having an overall GPA score of 2.6 or above (60% or above).
Experience: Minimum 8 years post qualification managerial experience in relevant field.
Required Age: Maximum 40 (Relaxable in Special Case).
Skill Required:
- Proven hands-on knowledge and experience of business development/ enterprise development at the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) level.
- Having the capacity to develop feasibilities and hands-on work on supply chain, value chain, and market mechanisms.
- Having strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage large teams, and attain outcomes under complex circumstances.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a prerequisite.
Job Description:
- The Sr. Enterprise Development Manager will be required to take a lead on the two-pronged Enterprise portfolio of the SRSO; a) provide technical supervision and management of community-based enterprise development in coordination with Regional and Field Teams, b) Provide strategic and technical lead on SRSO’s own Business/ Enterprise development, its management; outcomes and monitoring under the guidance and supervision of the senior management. • For community-based enterprise development, Officer will be required to review the field proposals, the pre feasibilities, / feasibilities and oversee the execution process.
- For SRSO own Enterprises, the candidate will be required to oversee the processes and procedures required during setting up of the planned enterprise (projects) up to the end product (which covers all aspects of the project, from initial investigation and concept development to setting up a cost-effective solution).
- This includes but is not limited to specifications and costing of latest technologies, machineries/devices, materials and techniques which are essentially required, which includes Agribusinesses, the requirement of HR etc for operations. • Responsible for the Enterprise Operations across regions and programs.
