BUILDING SERVICES DIVISION:
1. .NET DEVELOPERS
BS (CS/IT/SE) or M.Sc (IT) having 3 to 8 years of experience with the latest AEI- technologies like ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC along with a full grip of standard design patterns. The candidates must possess a skillset of CSS, Angular JS & JQuery with FITML.5, CSS3, Media Queries, and Bootstrap. Practical knowledge of C#. ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, EF, LINQ, WCF, Microservices & MSSQL Server, SSRS will be preferred. Candidates must have practical experience of working on Hydro-Informatics, Power Distribution Systems, and integrations with DSS, Engineering Models, Web-GIS, and engineering domain applications.
2. DATABASE DEVELOPERS
BS (CS/1T/SE/Computer Engineering) having 3 to 8 years of experience with design development. Implementation & administration of MSSQL Server databases. Candidates must have excellent skills for query optimization, database design, reverse engineering, and writing complex/nested queries, stored procedures, LIDFs, triggers, DDL/DML scripts. Candidates must be familiar with software development and verification processes lifecycle (SDLC/STLC) in different development environments including web & mobile and have worked closely with the development team and should have practical experience of working on hydro-informatics, power distribution systems, and integrations with DSS, engineering models, Web-GIS and engineering domain applications.
3. FULL-STACK DEVELOPERS
BS (CS/IT/SE) or M.Sc. (IT), having 3 to 8 years of experience with the latest frontend and backend web development technologies. The candidates should have a full grip on frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS (SASS), Bootstrap, JavaScript, and different frameworks such as Angular JS, React, Vue, jQuery, and server-side languages like PHP, Node.js, and database technologies like MySql, MSSQL & MongoDB, and have successfully developed & deployed at least (05) websites with fully customized CMS. Candidates should also be able to set up and work on WordPress & Web Servers like LAMP Stack, LEMP Stack, and MEAN Stack. Candidates must be familiar with the software development & verification processes lifecycle in different development environments including web & mobile and have worked closely with the development team.
4. IT INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST
BS (CS/1T) having at least 4 years of experience in the field of IT infrastructure including design of LAN, WLAN, Server, Storage, and Data Centers, etc. Candidates should be well versed in bidding documents, bid schedules, bill of quantities, bid evaluations, site supervisions, etc. The candidates should have experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) including IP-based surveillance, vehicle entry & exit, turnstile-based access control, public address, fire alarm systems, the experience of audio-video streaming, conferencing systems, and E-parliamentary system would be preferred.
GEOTECHNICAL & GEOENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DIVISION:
1. SURVEY ENGINEERS
B.Sc Civil Engineering degree with minimum CGPA of 3.0 having at least 10 years of experience preferably in the field of construction, topographic surveys, mapping of darns & hydropower projects. In addition, exceptionally strong communication skills are required.
2. GIS ANALYSTS
M.Sc. / MS/ M.Phil in GIS, Space Sciences, Geo-informatics or Geomatics degree (minimum 16 years of education) with minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 70% having 1 to 5 years experience in spatial data handling, Web GIS development, and Photogrammetry.
PROCUREMENT STAFF
M.Com / MBA degree holders having 3 to 5 years post qualification experience in administrative/secretarial & finance-related matters of procurement, reviewing case appraisals, and keeping track records related to IT equipment, vehicles, stationery items, etc. Practical experience in purchasing general items and execution of works according to PPRA Rules & Regulations — 2004 is mandatory. In addition, knowledge of bid evaluation procedures, comparative statement analysis is required. Candidates should be energetic, dynamic, work-oriented, and have good communication skills.

12. JUNIOR GEOLOGISTS: BS/B.Sc./M.Sc. Geology/Applied Geology degree with a specialization in Engineering Geology (minimum 16 years of education) with minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent and having 1 to 3 years of experience in geotechnical investigations, tunneling, construction of dams, irrigation, and hydropower projects.
13. JUNIOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERS: B.Sc. Civil/Environmental Engineering or M.Sc. Environmental Engineering degree from PEC accredited engineering university with minimum CGPA of 3.0 and have up to 1-year relevant experience. Candidates having HSE-related experience and diploma/certificate shall be given preference.
14. JUNIOR ENGINEER: B.Sc. Civil/Agriculture Engineering having up to 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience in Command Area Development, HEIS & Renewable Energy will be given preference.
15. SENIOR ENGINEER: B.Sc. Civil/Agriculture Engineering having more than 5 years of relevant experience in Dams/Construction of Water Resources.

17. SUB ENGINEER/ASSOCIATE ENGINEER: Diploma in Associated Engineering (D.A.E.) in Civil Technology having a minimum of 5 years of experience in supervision and quantity estimates in Water Resources.
18. CAD OPERATOR: Certificate/Diploma in Associated Engineering (D.A.E.) in Civil Technology Civil having 3 to 5 years of experience in developing Civil Engineering drawings using CAD/BIM software.

– Experience of digitalization of urban land record systems including mauzas mapping and its spatial data development.

– Experience in defining the scope of work and methods/techniques to undertake the assignment.

22. GEOSPATIAL APPLICATION DEVELOPER: B.Sc./M.Sc. in GIS/Computer Science (minimum 16 years of education) having 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The candidate must have the knowledge of following applications and developments:
– ESRI ArcGIS Server using JavaScript and open source technologies like open layer.
– Development experience of MS. Dot Net Platform for Desktop, Web application, and Web Services Development.
– ArcGIS Server and geo-server configuration and management.
– SQL Server, PostgreSQL, IIS, Apache Tomcat, etc.
– Preference will be given to the candidate with experience in NodeJS or AngularJS.

26. JUNIOR ARCHITECT: Bachelor of Architecture with minimum CGPA of 3.0 having 1 to 2 years post qualification experience in handling architectural projects. Candidates having computer skills with advanced knowledge of SKETCH-UP, AUTOCAD, VRAY, LUMION 8 and ADOBE PHOTOSHOP will be given preference.
